Got them today and what a great fit. I'm a 4E fan and I'm having a really hard time finding a shoe that suits me like that. I put them on now and don't even feel like they're on me. We'll be testing them out on our 1 1/2 mile dog walk tomorrow morning. Haven't used inserts, don't know what they are for. Tried them in shoes and it makes the fit much tighter and more uncomfortable. So happy, highly recommend if you wear 4E.
