my son and i used this and i think i need to order another one so we can both use it at the same time. we both love it It heats up quickly and the heat really helps with back pain. Massagers are a nice perk that other similar products don't have. It comes with a waist extension that adds about 12 inches for those with a larger waist. The battery is small (about the size of a deck of cards cut in half) and lasts several hours. I used it for 3 hours, the battery didn't run out. My son then used it for another 2 hours before we had to recharge the battery. The quality is really good and high quality. He made an offer to get a second battery at half price, so a good deal I wasn't expecting. I also have an Arris heated jacket and love it too. Arris is a very high quality company and their products are top notch. I will buy another.
