TrySERAs Customer Success Team are all knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and make our life easy with any questions or problems we may have. They truly want what is right for you. We have been able to target specific groups in our audience and get them engaged more than ever before as soon as they enter contact point. There is nothing I dislike about TrySERAs product and service delivery. The tool itself is very intuitive and the reports can easily be modified to suit your needs. I like how easy it was set up, as well has being able to edit profiles easily after we get our first data back from them! There have been some issues with getting your profile updated when you change something in there which can be frustrating but once everything works correctly again things are smooth sailing - no complaints here at all so far!! We've used other providers before who don't give us access right away etc., however this one made adding new contacts quick & painless.
