Description of SERA

Site Email Retargeting Advantage (or SERA for short) is a proprietary patent-pending process that allows its marketing clients to identify the email addresses of visitors to their websites by matching that traffic to TrySERAs proprietary database. This means even if they failed to complete a transaction or fill out any sort of RFI or Request For Information forms.

Using Seras CRM Has Been Great For My Company

TrySERAs Customer Success Team are all knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and make our life easy with any questions or problems we may have. They truly want what is right for you. We have been able to target specific groups in our audience and get them engaged more than ever before as soon as they enter contact point. There is nothing I dislike about TrySERAs product and service delivery. The tool itself is very intuitive and the reports can easily be modified to suit your needs. I like how…

  • Can run multiple different campaigns without having many complications that interfere between each campaign/personas

Great customer support and super friendly staff

The first thing I like about Sera, aside from it's quality service team was how quickly we were able get answers back in comparison with our previous provider who took over 6 months just getting us set up! We have had zero issues since implementation so far which has been great but also would recommend contacting them prior before jumping into anything as you will want this system fully configured properly otherwise there are many problems waiting around each corner!! The best Avalanche Communication Service provider!

I like how easy it is to use, no coding required! It's so simple to set up as well. The best part about this service is you don't have to worry about your emails being blocked since it has been patented. You can send targeted campaigns with ease using Sera. One thing i dislike is the price compared to other services but it doesn't need much time to get used to. We are able to reach our target audience more efficiently than before.
