Scam (DO NOT BUY) Not working. The company is responsible until the refund window has passed.

SCAM COMPANY I bought this product and it is 100% as specified. I also have a degree in computer software and electrical engineering. This product just doesn't work. There is no signal from the camera, you can see the device is receiving auxiliary power and also obviously grounded. I was thrilled to be able to use this feature on my F-150. I have contacted Revain 2-3 times about product support and troubleshooting to no avail. I have also tried unsuccessfully to contact the masters. I am deeply saddened, to say the least.
