Great product, best in an omelet pan
This pan is great! It's a good weight but not too heavy to be difficult to use; you can tell it's of high quality. The non-stick coating is also very nice. I used a small amount of oil by default but nothing stuck to the surface! Please look at the picture of "atsuyaki tamago" (Japanese-style fried egg) to see how well the pan worked for me.
