This is an exact replacement for the front tires on the Toro 42 inch zero radius mower. To easily swap out old tires for new ones, you'll need "tire tools" for small tires. The inside diameter of the tire is smaller than the widest part of the rim. It is difficult to put the tire on the rim without a "fixture". After mounting the tires on the rims, do yourself a favor and apply tire sealant through the valve stem. These tires have been on my mower with sealant for over two months and the pressure is still the same. This Carlisle tire is a great tire compared to cheaper alternatives!
