The tube burst when inflated.

I bought 2 sets of spare tires for my 25 year old Kent scooter. A tube burst when inflated with a bicycle pump. tires are good. Soft enough to attach wheels without tools. I reused one of the 25 year old whistles and my kids love it. The time is running.
