Helps relieve arm cramps
My wife and I love to massage each other but our hands get very sore as we age. it helps a lot. Works best with a shirt and isn't as good as a real massage, but it's MUCH easier on your hands. You can work with it for an hour and your hands will feel good. It has little finger grooves on the top of the legs, so if you just want to dig into a sore muscle with one foot, you'll have a good grip. Appears to be well made and made in the USA!
