I have used many plastic massagers like this one but this is by far one of the best. The construction is solid, made of thick plastic, which is difficult to break (I've broken many manual plastic massage pieces). I use my body weight with a massager, place it on the problem area of my back, and then lie on top of it on the bed or couch. The massage tool's flat surface makes it unbreakable, unlike others that break fairly easily.

My wife and I love to massage each other but our hands get very sore as we age. it helps a lot. Works best with a shirt and isn't as good as a real massage, but it's MUCH easier on your hands. You can work with it for an hour and your hands will feel good. It has little finger grooves on the top of the legs, so if you just want to dig into a sore muscle with one foot, you'll have a good grip. Appears to be well made and made in the USA! Amazing! My boyfriend loves massages and I don't mind getting him. The only problem is that my small hands get very tired. I can massage longer with this piece as it does most of the work for me. That's great! I just apply some pressure and massage oil and sauce on it! I took off a star because it's a bit small even for my small hands, which when squeezed still touch the skin and smear it with oil. I hate greasy hands so that sucks but this seems to be an issue with me and not the product…
