Sturdy and durable construction
I have used many plastic massagers like this one but this is by far one of the best. The construction is solid, made of thick plastic, which is difficult to break (I've broken many manual plastic massage pieces). I use my body weight with a massager, place it on the problem area of my back, and then lie on top of it on the bed or couch. The massage tool's flat surface makes it unbreakable, unlike others that break fairly easily.
