Review on Cambro RFS6PP190 Camwear 6 Quart Container by Erin Walker

I took this bath with lid to pre-proof my bread overnight before switching to a large 12kw bath for the final batter mix. Although in many cases that 6 liter tub is quite large. Large, I love that it has a lid (no more fiddling with plastic wrap) and I can tell how much the dough has risen by the markings on the side - although the 1/2 quart markings would be a welcome addition. It's not very clear - enough to see what's inside, but it's not clear. Although the clear containers contain BPA, this is not the case. The lid snaps securely into place. I wouldn't call it a seal and if the tub falls off the counter I wouldn't be surprised if the lid pops off, but it's secure enough that if I press it on the counter or in the pantry firmly it will stay put Spot. stays in place. This tub is also good for storing dry foods that don't need to be airtight (e.g. pasta). It would be great if I could put them in a 12 liter tub with the lid on, but no luck.
