I bought these to match my Harbor Freight carpentry table. I liked the idea of taking the bench off the rollers and letting it sit on its own weight so I can apply force to keep it from sawing, planing, and gouging. They fit the legs perfectly and were fairly easy to install (with one exception that will be discussed later). There are actually six screw holes, not four (three at the top and three at the bottom of the wheel). To install I simply lined them up, marked the holes with a pencil and then pre-drilled the holes and installed with the screws provided. It offers a very strong binding to the desktop. The main problem is that when installing a caster, the nylon lock nut on top must be tightened with a ratchet wrench. Between the wheel and the roller bearing is the opposite nut, which is usually held in place with an open-end wrench when tightening the lock nut. however, this space is so narrow that an open-end wrench cannot be inserted there. This means that you can only tighten the lock nut all the way and the reel assembly will wobble rather than lock into place. I'm looking for a stamped sheet metal key, or I may need to make one. Until then, this product only gets two stars. If it can be tightened properly this is a five star product. Maybe the company has a solution?
