Review on 🌧️ LOSHTH Waterproof Rain Shoes Boots Covers: Versatile Protection for Women and Men by Loren Slama

I ordered these to wear over regular shoes and/or dance shoes when attending outdoor dance events where the ground around the stage can be muddy at times. The quality seems good and I think they might fit me except they were too big. The size chart indicates that size L should fit women's shoe sizes 6.5 to 7.5. I'm a size 6.5 and they were huge compared to my dance shoes - about a size up. Even compared to my Tevas, they were too big, and Tevas are kind of "chunky". If a medium size was available it could probably fit me but there doesn't seem to be one so sadly I had to return it. They seemed to be of good quality and would probably fit if they were the right size. I would say if you wear a women's size 7.5 to 8.5 you could probably go for a size L. Can't speak to "stickiness" or their waterproofing as I haven't been able to use them, but they looked like they'd probably work pretty well in rainy or muddy conditions unless you're looking for deep puddles on purpose or mud holes.
