I use neoprene gloves at the hatchery for 2 months every winter. These gloves are thinner and easier to use than the Glacier gloves I've used in the past. Glaciers last 5-6 years until they become too slippery to grip objects. They're also 30% cheaper. Just installed the Stormrs at the beginning of the second winter (a week after the warranty ended) and found all the welds had come apart. problem between the fingers. There are holes between each finger of the right glove and two fingers of the left. You can see where the rubber stitching has failed, allowing cold water to seep into the glove. I will try Aquasil on holes. It just seems like a waste of money to spend that much on a neoprene glove and then let it die after 8 weeks of use. I'm a little tired of the Stormr Typhoon jacket I just bought for $170.
