It took me about 1/2 hour to assemble this item as the slots and holes did not line up with ease. I had to swap out parts several times, plus it was difficult to align them while holding them. There is a sticker but I put the product on the shelf with a sticker on the back so no one would see. With so much assembly involved, this product is overpriced and you can't exactly return it after complaining about the assembly. It's the perfect size for my shelf and hasn't collapsed under the weight of the wine bottles. If you want something fully assembled, go to a retail store where you can see the goods.
