I'm completely satisfied with the product, it works.

Water softener filter included, removed. We have a filter, 6 stages of cleaning, the machine does not give out any disturbances.
For three years I cleaned it twice, the first one, according to the instructions (a bottle from the kit), the second one is already just water.
If the water is good (purchased or with a decent filter), we have no sounds of pollution for three years.
By itself "cleans everything".
The menu is understandable without difficulties (I didn’t touch anything in the fur settings)
Noise, yes it is but within reason! It has a built in grinder! So count on it)

Pros

In understanding the preparation of coffee, everything is excellent, even very good!

Cons

Noticed one and it gets stronger with time. Perhaps this is our mistake. Removable upper tray where the cups (chrome plated) are made of steel, prone to scratches when removing and installing cups. And that's all . there are no more complaints about the car!
