Worst Recovery Kinesiology Tape
I've been using several different types of tape for my plantar fasciitis and saw this pack so I decided to give it a try. Don't waste money! Most tapes leave a sticky residue when removed, but that's terrible. The sticky residue is the color of duct tape and is difficult to remove. Usually a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol will remove any residue, but with this tape you have to clean your skin!
