I'm taking off a star because it doesn't remove all stains. If it's hamburger fat, even with immediate treatment, you're out of luck. I will refrain from further judgments while waiting to wash my clothes again to see if that helps. Other stains like chocolate, which I only noticed when washing, didn't come out. I haven't tried it with blood, but it goes well with red berry juice, ketchup, chocolate, and pasta sauce. For best results, dampen the area before spraying and scrubbing the stain.
