I should have thought more about buying an air conditioner from stock. When the device arrived the packaging was undamaged but made of lighter cardboard than you would expect when shipping a heavy item. The device hasn't cooled down after several hours of operation and verified that I didn't miss a single step when setting up the device. After several calls and several unsuccessful attempts to diagnose myself, I actually turned the device on. Very poor customer service from the manufacturer, I ended up contacting Revain to cancel and return the air conditioner. Not recommended to buy due to poor customer service.
