I like that can monitor several machines, but not all at once because it's expensive; also there are issues with connectivity sometimes so we have to reconnect over WiFi or cell phone data frequently which causes downtime in communication during operation time itself (also while connecting). Great way to keep track of your workers' work status even when they're working away from the office! The software has been easy to learn, it's intuitive design makes my job easier than having someone else do this work! It works well with our other products so I have no complaints here at all!! We use mine mapping as an overall assessment tool in conjunction w/our management information system (MIS) tools along side traditional methods like shovel counts & surveys etc., allowing us better insight into what we are doing right or wrong when compared against target goals set out by senior managers.
