Bought this pillow to sleep in - I have neck problems and need a very supportive but pliable pillow. I LOVE IT. Sleeping on your side creates a different "shape" of anatomical pillow support than sleeping on your back. That being said I just give it a good squeeze when I turn around and then back to dreamland. As a plus, it has a washable cover. Even better, it's small enough to travel with! Note: If you buy it for a night's rest, it is SMALL compared to regular pillows. Remember how much a regular pillow oversteps the contour of your head. This is enough for the neck area and the part of the skull that rests on the pillow.
