Now that USPS has finally made the decision to ship this product, it's great. The failed delivery is NOT the fault of the carrier. It was with USPS. But I have it and everything is fine. THE WAIT IS DEFINITELY WORTH IT! In my opinion, this is the greatest poacher of all time. It has 6 cups but makes 2 or 3 with the same perfection as 6. It's made of 18/10 stainless steel and is very attractive. It also works great on my INDUCTION hob. With this 18/10 stainless steel and induction I get the perfect poached egg. All people are different, but a few tries and now I have it all to the second. Nonstick mugs are great. Eggs come out immediately in perfect condition. I only break 3 eggs. in cups. I boil the water (which takes about 90 seconds on induction and this 18/10 stainless steel) and set the timer for 4 minutes and 47 seconds. i like this thing She is gorgeous. The manufacturer deserves credit for producing something of this quality at a reasonable price. To quote Tiger: THIS IS AWESOME!
