I have to admit that I bought this bed for myself without even thinking about my dog. I'm tired of struggling to take off the covers and do the laundry. And worse, the struggle to get her back. With this bed, you simply unzip it and remove the cover. And it's easy to return if you remember to line it up correctly. The fabric feels a bit thin but has held up to the wash so far and the zipper feels solid and hasn't worn off yet. The sides were actually a little high for my old pug to easily climb in, so I took a memory foam pillow from an expensive bed that was falling apart and put it on top of the foam egg box and that seems to have worked. does she like it Who knows? Like I said, it was for me, not her.
