I liked that they work right out of the box. I tried taking apart 6 pallets by cutting off the head of a nail so the boards would come out straight. They did just that, but the bits dulled less than halfway. A few bits with teeth fell apart. They were quickly replaced by the company. There is excellent customer service. For the money it was good value but I plan to take more pallets apart in the future and I don't think they will last as long as the first set I had. If you don't need them all the time, this set is awesome. I haven't found another set that I would call a long term purchase.
