I have medium to long hair (layered, down my back, about to the top of my bra) and I was using a much smaller round brush to give my naturally curly/wavy hair a blow out after every wash. The longer my hair gets, the harder it is to dry/straighten with a blow dryer.especially with that smaller brush (2 inch). I have a larger barreled brush but it doesn't get my hair straight like I like it for some reason. This brush is larger than that and because it heats up really well it straightens my hair fairly easily. It also dried my hair faster, too, because I could get more hair onto the barrel (lengthwise) and the blow dryer could work better than me shooting it at a smaller section of hair on the 2 inch barrel and working my way down. I think this will make my blow-outs go a little faster from now on. Makes my hair shiny, too.
