Homemade egg paste is MUCH better than store bought and I don't mind mixing egg and flour but rolling the damn thing used to be a real headache. This video is MUCH easier, faster and more fun. Once you have the dough, press it down with your fingers to flatten it out a bit, then run it through the rollers a few times, starting at the widest position and working your way down until it's almost is translucent. Batter makes pasta with a denser texture, and protein is also useful. Great for lasagna - no need to pre-cook the pasta. I also have fettuccine and spaghetti cutters. The roller is very easy to install and remove, easy to clean.
