I LOVE this product BUT in the right setting. In fact, if configured correctly I give it a 10 and I liked it so much that I bought 4 more, but not for the home but for the office. This is for the DELUXE unit. I bought a deluxe unit, brought it home and set it up as advertised, but was surprised when I woke up to find the house filled with ozone while I slept. The directions are not specific. If you put the unit on a timer and don't set the ozone timer and the ozone level is set, you are releasing ozone. YOU MUST SET THE OZONE TIMER - OR - SET THE OZONE LEVEL TO ZERO if you don't want OZONE. However, the best app is in the production environment where you can INSTALL AND FORGET about it. The device turns on and off daily at the set time, and you can set the ozone to turn on daily when you're not around. THIS IS GREAT - I kept forgetting to turn on my previous device that didn't have auto scheduling. If I left work before cleaning, I couldn't use ozone that day either. So I set up the ozone machines every morning before opening. I DON'T HAVE TO DO THIS MORE THAN ONCE unless I want to change the level or time, but it's easy. If you don't know that you'll be traveling at the same time every day, you won't get the most out of this unit planning feature. You can use the schedule function, but you have to reset it and the device timer each time.
