I didn't expect the sleeve to be so transparent and thin. The consistency is similar to foam. It's not really my style. I thought it would have a harder texture but it's nice and sweet. Pink color is more like soft pink. *pastel pink* Also, the small connector that connects the case and the hinged lid is very thin. So I think that in the long run it will most likely break. I don't think it will last very long if you have kids (it will keep limp and weird and eventually it will break), with care it can last a while. On the other hand, I only had the case for about a week. It puts the iPad to sleep when I close the lid, good thing it does what it advertises. It is also perfect for the 7th generation iPad.
