These massagers are all the rage right now so I thought I should give it a try and I'm really glad I did! I've only recently started working at a desk, and as counterintuitive as it may sound, my legs and back hurt more from sitting than from bending over and moving around all day. This was done to relieve some of the stiffness. My thoughts: What I like: - Powerful enough. I rarely go above 50% speed and it vibrates and relieves pain pretty well. - Nozzles are easy to install. Slide out, slide out and done, no tools or complicated setup required. Ergonomics. The crossbar design allows me to insert the vibrating piece into the back of the calves, lower back, base of the left foot, and between the shoulder blades with equal ease. It's not compact, but in this case it's a plus. What I missed: - Loud. This device is quite noisy, and you won't be secretly massaging while you work, lest people wonder what the noise is. Tested and proven, heh.- Minor buildup is almost painful. The ball head is my first choice as little ones don't seem to help that much or are downright uncomfortable. Overall I would recommend this massage gun, especially for lumps and cramps.
