Review on 🍋 Cerasport EX1 Lime Flavor - 6 Sticks Pack by Liz Clark

Cerasport EX 1 has transformed my whole family. I have had severe stomach issues with other drinking products in the past, mainly due to the sugar content and/or the taste. I've also always had issues with swelling so I had to take saline pills to combat swelling in addition to Gatorade, Heed etc. With Cerasport I didn't have to take anything else to stay hydrated during ultras, tris and fun races B. the Bataan Memorial Death March. My husband had even more serious stomach issues, including disruptions to competitions, until he switched to Cerasport. During the summer he did a lot of ultras in Phoenix, Arizona and El Paso, Texas and everything was fine (actually quite successful). Now we both use it in the Florida heat and humidity. I also love the citrus flavor, it's not hard to drink for the whole event. I use it on the bike and for longer distances. And I'm pretty slow, so sometimes I can be there for a while. My husband is in the military and they also use him at work. As a bonus, my 5 year old daughter who has had some health issues actually likes the taste of Cera and I can give it to her without worrying about a ton of problems. Sugar And her pediatrician is a huge fan. Pretty much everyone I've shared this product with likes or likes it, from fellow runners to a friend whose son has type 1 diabetes. Finally, this is a really great company. We have had questions about medical information as well as nutritional information in the past and they have always responded promptly and gone above and beyond. The company not only has a scientific and medical base, but also employs athletes and nutritionists. They are big supporters of the veteran and military community. Basically, I'm a big fan and can warmly recommend all Cerasport products, this one is especially my favorite.
