This thing is really fun but my god how annoying it is to take it apart when you mess up and need to clean it. Somehow water got in (don't ask) and I had to get out the tiny screwdrivers and then pay extra attention to the order of all the tiny parts to restore after cleaning. That being said, I put it back together pretty easily and it works very well. I put the Costco dehydrated onion chunks on the salty side, and it worked well for grinding them into a fresher variation of onion powder. Also note that you can adjust the grind level on each side.
