I think I have a broken GPS, but it is recognized by my Windows 10 computer and I can access the internal storage of the GPS. The product description includes my model nuvi 1450, but Garmin Express just can't find it. Update August 5, 2019: The problem was not with the cable or GPS, but with my version of Windows 10 Pro. I'm an early user and the level I have is not available for a regular user. All I needed to resolve all my issues was to run Garmin Express in compatibility mode. Went like clockwork. Luckily, I bought a new compatible cable at a garage sale for $0.25.
