Good budget replacement for older cars

This is a budget radio as it offers excellent value for money. My Dodge OEM radio randomly decreases/increases the volume and the volume knob itself becomes unresponsive 70% of the time except for the power button. Instead of paying for it (which isn't worth it), I figured I might as well replace it. Since I don't plan on leaving the car permanently, I wasn't interested in paying big bucks for a really great head unit. This device caught my eye as it also includes a rear camera, microphone and steering wheel controls. Please note that the dashboard trim kit for your vehicle is NOT included. I ended up buying a universal dashboard trim kit. Unfortunately, my wiring skills aren't great and I couldn't get the rear camera to work. So I think I'll take the unit to a local shop to have everything rewired. However, the radio worked (although I noticed there was no CD player. Yes, I get it - nobody uses CDs these days, but as my OEM radio is obsolete, I still used CD. :) Ever since that radio no problem anymore has a usb port so i just transfer my music to a flash drive. However, I would like the actual screen to be larger. The left half is the permanent control side, the right half is the monitor side. It would be better if the entire main unit was a monitor/screen but I suspect it wouldn't be available at this price point then. However, compared to my old OEM radio, it is much better; I may just feel this way because I can actually listen to music without struggling/praying/hoping the volume will work!
