I recently ordered the Pandecor Party Supplies for my daughter's 7th birthday party, and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the cupcake stand and topper set. My only complaint is that the toppers were a bit difficult to stick into the cupcakes - I had to use a little bit of icing to get them to stay in place.
