Suction was good but (as others have said) the on/off switch is incredibly difficult to move. I don't mean a bit harsh. VERY DIFFICULT. I had to use two fingers and two hands to turn it off. It's just a fundamental design flaw. I bought a Black & Decker vacuum instead and this model is good because I don't have to press the button - I just press and the vacuum works as long as the button is pressed. Admit it, most of us use one of these things in one way or another. As a general tip, I've found that the mini vacuum cleaner's battery lasts longer if I press the button for each location, but don't let it run constantly between points or locations. This makes this difficult to solve Dirt Devel model even more difficult to operate. Even turning it off once is an ordeal, and I play the piano and have strong fingers.
