First of all, I have to tell the customer that the service is excellent. I had a question about my order upon receipt and the company responded very quickly and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. The massager is very chunky and a little clunky, but when put on properly it all works very well. There are two long flat cables attached to each leg that you connect to the remote control. The remote control is very large and easy to use. Make sure you hold the power button for a few seconds when you turn it on, otherwise simply pressing the button will not turn it on. It also has a pretty good cord so you won't feel uncomfortable when tied to a chair or couch. Make sure there is a "left" leg and a "right" leg before you put them on. Velcro straps stick very firmly as expected but removing right after sticking is a pain just because I put the wrong foot on the wrong foot. It starts out as a relaxing massage on the lowest, low-heat setting, so you'll have to adjust if you want more intensity or a higher temperature. I didn't want any heat at all, but the choice of heat was only low or high. I keep it low and I don't feel any heat anyway, so it's not very strong on low settings. I think the feet are big enough for big feet as well as skinny feet. Don't wrap too tight, because when the massage compression starts, it may be too tight, you need something looser. I use this because I have horrible leg cramps and sometimes I just have horrible restless legs syndrome and the massager really helps with that.
