They listen to our ideas early in development stage of projects so that we are able make informed decisions about what needs doing for us rather than them just going with their own gut feeling or initial thoughts! There's always room though - they can't do everything at once but have been flexible enough (and patient) over time as business has grown & changed around me which I appreciate greatly!! We've had great success working together from both sides since 2008 when my previous employer closed down its UK office leaving myself without any colleagues locally who could help out during busy times etc., hence why i started using PAUL BELFORD LTD back then.
