Great product. Terrible instruction manual/video
Product is great. I am able to lock/unlock with pass code and/or fingerprint successfully. But there is a big catch: you need to adjust the latch based on how the door is opened. If your door is open inward (like most of the house entrance doors), you need to make sure the beveled edge of the latch is facing outward. If your door is open outward (like some of the office room doors), you need to make sure the beveled edge of the latch facing inward. This necessary step is never mentioned in either the instruction manual diagram or the online video guide.
