It has good features such as Sales, Customer Support etc.It can be integrated with other third party applications like Zendesk or DeskConnect which makes it even better for our business needs.The price of this product should have been cheaper than what we are paying now but I don't think there was an option given at initial stage so if you want to try then go ahead otherwise its not worth spending money over their.Integration between different products would help businesses solve problems easily by connecting them together through API integrations. Our main problem solved here is integration among multiple platforms which helps us manage workflows more efficiently while also solving data management issues.
