The duvet is well made of beautiful, silky smooth cotton. I ordered the king sized blue floral which has bouquets of flowers scattered all across it. A king sized bed cover needs to be used with the longer measurement going from side to side on the bed to allow for overhang. Unfortunately I didn’t examine it closely enough before I laundered it. The floral pattern is oriented so that the duvet needs to go on the bed with the longer measurement going from the head of the bed to the foot. The shorter measurement, going from side to side is barely reaches across, with only a couple of inches left to overhang the sides of the bed. If I use it I’ll need to put it on the bed with the pattern oriented sideways. The pillow covers have the pattern oriented correctly with the stems at the bottom of the pillow. Be careful when ordering. If you buy a solid color or one with a non directional pattern you’ll be happy with your purchase.
