Screen was locked and no response. It stuck, broke, and I was ready to throw it away. But, because I was on a hike. I left it on. At some point the battery ran out. Then I loaded it. And also. it worked! Then we walked all day and got an idea of the depth and maybe the fish. This is the cheapest functional minimum you can get. it's good enough For what it is, it's great. So the rating is high. but (as I have no experience with others) I am not judging the quality of the device. It sucks but it works! And it is something.
