If you find yourself using your feet or a pillow as a desk, STOP and order it now! This portable table is also very practical for hours of use. My fiancé and I are both quarantined at home with the same desk. I sat on the sofa and armchair in the living room and used this table on my knees every day. It might not be exactly ergonomic, but it's a lot better than the height of a dining table or my knees. The wood is unfinished, but I didn't have the splintering issues that some of the other reviewers had. The fabric color is perfect and neutral unlike some of the louder/fancy prints. I appreciate the piece of wood that keeps my laptop from sliding off and the strap on the top left corner to keep my pen or phone in place. Durable and of excellent quality throughout. I recommend this product!
