Review on L H Dottie TBC83 Mushroom Diameter by Keith Aluguvelli

I was keen to use toggle bolts to install shelves to drywall. But these screws are of very poor quality. I ordered a box of 50 and pulled out 10 for my setup. Of those 10, 2 didn't work at all, the thread had already snapped off, and on a couple the screw just crept through the drum part. Therefore I cannot recommend these lever bolts. I would like to know where to buy very good quality lever bolts.
