5 out of 5 Experience with this straightener! I received it on time with no damage to the product or packaging. I usually have to let my straighteners warm up for about 5-10 minutes to make sure they're warm before using them, but with this one I don't have to do that anymore! It heated up in seconds and didn't burn my hair. It comes with a glove for hanging and a pad for standing the straightener. I've had CHI and similar brands that I've paid over $100 for and this one works just as well or even better. Reminder: Don't forget to spray/use a heat protectant before using ANY type of heat. Hair product to give this protective layer.
