They have little to no support, the bottom isn't rubber it's like foam and I suspect it wears out pretty quickly. I wouldn't recommend them for running although they are very light. They are not a size 8.5 or 9 so I had to buy an 8 but they are still longer than other shoes I have bought in a size 8.5. The insoles are already falling out and have a hump on the inside of the foot, which is uncomfortable for me. . I like the feel of the material on the top. You can't just put them on, the cords attached to the laces are not elastic or stretchy. I'll probably send them back.
