This pendant appears to be well made and serves its purpose. The only issue we have is that while the strap that goes around the dog's chest is adjustable and fits dogs of different sizes, the collar that goes around the dog's neck is not. On a dog with a relatively large head in relation to the rest of the body, the harness will not last long as the puppy grows. You can't put a collar around a dog's head. This is a design flaw that should be fixed.
