I was thrilled to discover DAOCHONG, a web-based boutique selling fashionable apparel, footwear, and accessories. However, dealing with the business left me feeling extremely let down and aggravated. To begin with, the clothes were of a much lower grade than was represented on the website. The fabric had a low-quality, scratchy feel, and the sewing was sloppy. Item sizes were incorrect, so even though they were listed as my regular size, I received clothes that were either too big or too tiny. Even the shoes I purchased turned out to be a bust. They were scratched and marked with adhesive when they were delivered, and the fit was poor. The soles started coming apart after just a few uses, rendering the shoes useless. Last but not least, the necklace I ordered did not match the online photos. The metal was tarnished and looked cheap, and the stones were dull and lacked the promised sparkle. When I called customer support, they were unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to resolve the problems I was having. No one responded to my messages or contacts, and my issues remain unaddressed. Overall, dealing with DAOCHONG was a huge letdown and source of frustration for me. This online shop is a total loss of time and money due to the low quality of the products offered, incorrect sizing information, and ineffective customer service. In my opinion, you should avoid doing business with them.
