Review on 🪑 HON Convergence Mesh Back Task Chair with Adjustable Height Arms, Black by Heather Phillips

This is currently an OK chair for the price. Next time I buy a work chair I'll either buy something higher up from the HON range or a different brand. The first issue was that there was so much thread lock when assembling the seatback fasteners that the included Allen wrench couldn't turn them, which wasn't a big deal since I had the tools. The real problem was that this turned the cast nuts and the seat back on both chairs could not be tightened and there was now no way to get the bolts out. For three days the armrest broke, the plastic cracked, every time you put your hand on it it collapsed. The most disappointing thing wasn't the chair but the HON customer service which took several weeks of calls, numerous emails, photos and videos. the date of receipt of the spare parts (I threw away the packaging so as not to send it back). Ultimate I received the replacement parts without the screws and didn't want to wait any longer and bought them from Home Depot. HON usually makes great office chairs, they may not be the best.
