I asked a question about these tires needing a polish or a crown, thanks to everyone who replied - they were fine, these don't need to be polished or polished when mounted on wheels for Delta SM400. My SM400 runs a little quieter and smoother than the original rubber-plastic tires it came with. So far the blade is going well - I'll update if anything changes. I didn't have to do anything to tighten them other than tie one end tightly to the wheel with nylon rope and then slowly pull the tire over the rim. There is a YouTube video of someone tying two opposite ends to a wheel and using a dowel on a drill to roll the rest of the tire onto the wheel. I was going to do this but after attaching the tire to one side of the wheel it stayed in place when I got to the opposite end to attach the tire so I just kept going. It was enough to gently slide the tire onto the rim and I did this for both the top and bottom wheel. The key is to tie one end so both hands are free to work with the rail.
